Meetings take place on the 4th Thursday of every month at 6:30PM, unless it falls on a holiday. If the 4th Thursday of a month is a holiday or an overnight field trip, then the meeting will be held on the 3rd Thursday of that month.

The club newsletter contains the exact date and also has a map to the meeting location (Meeting Map).

A group of members called the “Post Production Gang” meet regularly to work on post production techniques.
“Post Production Gang" meets each month from 7pm to 9pm.
